Our sessions do not follow a “syllabus”, so you can attend as many or as few sessions a month as you like!

Not at all! Many sessions will be based on your sharing and experiences, allowing you to apply old techniques and practices in new ways. The journey of personal growth and self-discovery is as long as your life and as deep as your mind.

In addition to group discussions, we will incorporate practices and exercises, many of which you can continue to do at home. As the club grows, we also plan to include activities such as yoga, forest bathing, art therapy, and much more.

Our club activities are not meant to help those struggling with mental disorders; if you are experiencing significant distress or impairment because of a psychological problem, we advise that you get help from a mental health professional. The club is for those who would like to improve their ability to deal with daily stressors or build mental resilience for challenges that may lie ahead.

Each session lasts one hour. Our online session is held every Monday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering flexibility and convenience. In-person sessions take place every Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Core Collective Anson, providing a hands-on, interactive environment.
More sessions will be added in the coming months to offer even greater flexibility and opportunities to participate.

You don’t need to have any prior experience to join us other than being a member of the human race 😊 We will also hold at least one mindfulness session every week catered to those who have had no experience with this practice.
